Here are top 5 Favorite Fashion Trends for Fall and Winter

Printed or Colorful Boots- One of my absolute favorites is the paisley pair I show below. Simply divine and hard to find just anywhere. I got lucky on a random DSW search as I rarely shop there anymore. My leopard print and grey gingham print are also favorites. You can wear with pants, skirts, dresses for a dressed up or dressed down look, perfect for work or an evening out.

Fringe- From a bag, shoes, jewelry, jacket or top, fringe makes me feel young, wild and free.

Shacket- More than a flannel shirt and less than a big jacket, we have the shacket. This is my go to throw for work and play, both weekday and weekend. The best is finding one with pockets like this pink one pictured below. Thick, comfy and with faux pearl buttons, this shacket is a favorite.

Sweater Dress- Comfortable, stylish and versatile, sweater dresses are easy to throw on when you want a break from jeans or leggings, but still want to move around with ease.

Clogs- My clog wearing days began when I was young and lived in Maine. Mainers love clogs. I found some great ones at thrift stores and in regular Maine shoe stores. It is not quite a boot, not like wearing heels, and a step up from wearing sneakers. I usually wear them with wide leg pants or a dress, but when I feel like wearing another shoe style in between sneakers and heels, I also wear with straight leg jeans.

Note: my mirror gets dirty in a day and sometimes I just don’t feel like cleaning it or my munchkin does and it doesn’t quite work lol, please forgive the streaks
