Change your thoughts- the same thoughts start to creep in your head and only you can stop them, change them, or reframe them
Change what you share- I find I often immediately focus on challenges with people (either theirs or mine), and it turns into a vent session. While fine sometimes, I have noticed since Covid and Narcissistic ex partner, this is my go to pattern. It creates a negative mindset and negative tone for the day
Change your story- you can focus on the pain in your life or your joys and wins
